Jaguar Land Rover Willow Grove
The existing Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) dealership in Willow Grove, PA needed to expand in order to keep up with their growing business. Given the limited space on-site and requirement that the dealership remain open for business, Piazza Auto Group engaged RHJ to design the new dealership, taking into account all of the complicated scheduling and staging conflicts with this project.
RHJ worked with the client to devise a phased construction schedule that included completing part of the site work first, then temporarily relocating the dealership sales office to an annex building on-site, in order to allow building construction work to be completed. RHJ’s design featured a new double height showroom and service building, and a two-story building expansion connected to the existing building’s back office. The new dealership was designed to surpass the latest JLR facility standards, and also allowed the client to maximize their budget by preserving some existing areas.
