RHJ was contracted by the landlord to complete CBIZ's fit-out, which spans one full & one partial building floor. We worked closely with CBIZ leadership to create an efficient, bright, modern & welcoming space for their employees, with a focus on their brand colors & aesthetics.
Our design features a branded reception area with stacked wood slats, exposed section of ceiling & specialty lighting, as well as multiple conference & meetings rooms with AV capabilities, and break out spaces. Also featured is a modern centralized cafe space with exposed baffled ceiling to improve acoustics, while also adding to the visual aesthetics. For convenience, there are satellite cafes and/or coffee stations spread throughout the space.
