Toll Brothers

When Toll Brothers decided to merge two of their existing Design Studios into a new 13,000SF +/- showroom, RHJ was brought on as not just the architect, but also as the owner’s dedicated Project Manager to coordinate and serve as the lead contact for the owner’s seven consultants and vendors. Doing so provided our client with a single point of contact solution that all design decisions, finish selections and coordination efforts had to pass through in order to ensure that the vendors, the owner and our office were all aligned and that decisions being made were disseminated to everyone. The final architectural solution first introduced guests to a welcoming reception area with a fully functional kitchen, coffee bar, fireplace and lounge. From there, guests proceed to the main showroom where they are presented with an extensive layout of built-in living space vignettes and finish selection libraries, showcasing state-of-the-art kitchen & bathroom fixtures, cabinetry displays, flooring materials, tile samples, lighting options and closet organization systems.
