Suburban Wholesale Lighting (SWL) is a national supplier of diverse lighting products. When faced with unprecedented growth, SWL had the unique opportunity to purchase another building adjacent to their existing facility. This acquisition required significant repositioning in order to reflect the SWL brand and accommodate the functionality of their business. RHJ was brough on by SWL and first created three dimensional renderings of the proposed building and site improvements, enabling SWL to fully visualize the proposed renovations to make timely and efficient design choices towards their ideal facility. Along with the renderings and traditional sketch plan design services, our we assisted in obtaining budget pricing, warehouse storage planning and Interior Design selections. We also coordinated furniture selections, signage and branding features and their I.T. package in order to holistically assist SWL with their complete facility renovation.
