Pinnacle Veterinary Specialists
Pinnacle Veterinary Specialists is a 24/7 Emergency & Specialty Care practice located in Glen Mills, PA. RHJ partnered with Pinnacle to develop a practice that offers the best possible medical treatment using the most advanced equipment in an environment designed to optimize the ability of providers to care for their patients.
The exterior of the practice includes a dedicated entrance, new fenced-in dog walking areas and exterior entrance ramps & foundations to allow for direct access between the suite and a new 48’ MRI trailer situated adjacent to the building. The centrally-located Main Treatment Room is the hub of the practice, along with a dedicated ICU equipped with Oxygen Cages, multiple Operating Rooms and a Sterilization & Scrub Area located within the Sterile Surgical Suite, lead-lined CT Room, Radiology Suite, dedicated Ultrasound, Cardiology, Internal Medicine and Neurology Rooms, as well as utilities in place for future Oncology treatment & Biosafety Rooms.
Special sound attenuation construction and surface applied sound-dampening treatments were applied to the walls around the canine boarding rooms and above the entire suite to ensure noise would not travel to adjacent spaces and for the benefit of staff working within the suite. Special care was also taken in selection of floor and wall finishes to ensure durability, slip resistance and cleanability, all of which are critical considerations in an animal care environment.
