Mosaic Animal Health Center at St. Huberts
Mosaic Animal Health Center at St Huberts is a full-service veterinary practice that provides routine, and advanced care. RHJ was hired to assist with the design of the practice, which was split into 2 phases.
Phase 1 of 2, consisted of a general care practice within the existing St Hubert's Animal Welfare Center building. Space previously utilized for animal training was converted to a state-of-the-art animal health facility consisting of 6 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and a main treatment room serviced by an in-house lab & pharmacy. Our design also featured a visually open, 2 table operating room that serves as the hub for the clinical practice.
The space was fit-out from shell condition, and received entirely new HVAC, electrical & plumbing systems, as well as the installation of a new elevator in preparation for Phase 2; a Specialty and Emergency Care practice planned for the 2nd floor.
