CertaPro Painters
RHJ was hired by the landlord to complete the new CertaPro Painters corporate headquarters. The project consisted of the corporate offices for CertaPro, as well as a training facility for existing and new franchisees. The first floor enters into a large two-story atrium lobby housing CertaPro’s “Experience Center”. As you proceed through the lobby you will enter what CertaPro refers to as "Toon Town" (by others), which is another 2-story area with a glass viewing lounge from the second-floor offices. That space and the viewing lounge is used to train franchisees and new employees on how to price both interior & exterior paint projects with full scale models. The second floor houses the corporate offices and multiple lounges with various views into the interior two-story spaces and exterior.
