Henkels & McCoy
Henkels & McCoy (H&M) has been a valued client of RHJ since 2002. For this project, H&M was in need of additional office space and engaged RHJ to assist with the design and construction of the new 24,500SF +/- office space adjacent to their existing Corporate Headquarters building. This new office utilized H&M’s design standards and serves as their East Region HQ. One of the key elements of this project was the collaborative effort to recycle over 12,000lbs of carpet tile. As a result, we were able to keep that carpet out of the landfill, save just under 5,000 gallons of gasoline and approximately 95,000lb's of CO2e.
RHJ received an Environmental Stewardship Certificate from Patcraft for our work on this project.
