Accupac
Accupac is a development & manufacturing company that services the beauty, personal care, and healthcare industries. They partner with leading brands worldwide, and provide Product R&D, Manufacturing, and Packaging services. As their business grew, and their production & storage demands expanded, Accupac was in need of additional space near their Mainland, PA facility for storing raw materials, as well as palletized finished products ready for distribution.
RHJ was brought in to design an operations/shipping office area, assist in the layout of standard & narrow aisle racking, and provide a layout for a series of ChemWeigh suites & stability chambers. The ChemWeigh suites were required to be positively pressurized ISO 8 compliant clean rooms, as each suite would be used to weigh & measure canisters of raw materials for various client products. Our design also featured a specialized central vacuum system that could be easily cleaned in order to prevent cross contamination of the raw materials.
